The Connecting Care for Children with Medical Complexities Practice Network invite you to join this interactive panel discussion with both parents and healthcare providers from across the country to discuss solutions to improving integration of care for children with medical complexities.

Parents to children with medical complexities from across Canada will share their stories and advocacy efforts addressing the struggles of parents of medically fragile children face and their recommendations for change. Panelists will engage in discussions reflecting the caregiver experience of having a child with complex medical needs and the longevity of this experience with little support, the threads of similarities across the country, and the role of both caregivers and health care providers in implementing recommendations to create real change.
