Debra Hughes, R.N., MA, CCRA, GDCE. Research Coordinator, McMaster University - CanChild Centre for Childhood Disability Research. Debra initially worked in the field of health as a staff nurse and subsequently moved into the role of Pediatric Research Coordinator. Since joining McMaster University in 2005, Debra has worked at the Offord Centre for Child Studies on a transition to school research project for children with disabilities, in Pediatrics on a neonatal study, and in Psychiatry in the field of child and youth mental health. She joined the ENVISAGE team at CanChild Centre for Childhood Disablity Research in 2019 and has coordinated the Canadian arm of the ENVISAGE-Families and ENVISAGE-SP projects. As well, she works with the ENVISAGE-Integrated and F-words teams. Currently she is completing an MSc in Health Research Methodology (Clinical Epidemiology track) at McMaster University under the supervision of Dr. Peter Rosenbaum.
