my name is Narges Karbasi. I am working as a volunteer family leader at Holland Bloorview kid's Rehabilitation Hospital since 2017 and i have joined the family mentor program since it's created. my daughter who just turned 12 diagnosed with 1p36 syndrome at age 1 and autism at age 10 and she is a client at Holland Bloorview since she was one year old.
