Lisa Nelson is the Manager of Service Coordination at Surrey Place. With 15 years of dedicated experience in the developmental sector, Lisa serves as an advocate committed to families and individuals in need, to access essential resources and supports. An active member in the developmental sector, Lisa has served on many community tables highlighting the barriers to services.
As the Manager of Service Coordination at Surrey Place, Lisa oversees Coordinators in multiple programs including - Coordinated Service Planning (CSP), the Infant Hearing Program (IHP), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Services (FASD), Extensive Needs Service (ENS), Infancy and Early Childhood, and the Urgent Response Service (URS). Each team focuses on fostering community partnerships and collaboration to enhance service delivery for our clients. Our goal is to ensure seamless connections and family centered care, by fostering a supportive environment where families feel empowered and well-equipped to navigate their unique situation.
