Dr. Andrew Lynk MD MSc FRCPC DLitts (Hon) has been Chief of Pediatrics at the IWK Health Centre and Chair at Dalhousie University since 2016. He previously practiced as a community pediatrician in Cape Breton for over 25 years. He has served in numerous leadership roles, including President of the Canadian Paediatric Society, Chair of the CPS Advocacy and Leadership Committees, and VP Medicine for the Cape Breton District Health Authority. He is currently Past President of the Pediatric Chairs of Canada and has a deep interest in results-based health advocacy, patient safety, physician leadership and global health equity. His favorite teams are the Maple Leafs, and any team of colleagues who are loyal dissenters and passionate to improve the world around them.
