Clinical Nurse Specialist

Reenu Chhokar is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with the Connected Care program at SickKids. She started her nursing career at McMaster Children's Hospital in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and joined SickKids in 2018 on the inpatient Haematology/Oncology Unit. She has a graduate degree from McMaster University with a focus on nursing research. In her role with Connected Care, she leads the coordination, development and implementation of program and organizational initiatives and projects in support of transitions for children with medical complexity and technology dependence from hospital to home and community care.
