Andrea Hatherell is a Senior Quality and Process Improvement Specialist at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. In that role she has provided support for a variety of clinical quality improvement and safety initiatives. She is a speech-language pathologist (SLP) by clinical background and has worked in the following pediatric areas: preschool and school-aged speech and language, augmentative and alternative communication, autism, and acquired brain injury. Andrea is an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Toronto. With this background, Andrea is able to bring both a quality improvement lens and a clinical lens to the projects that she is supporting.
