Josee Ravary is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 23 years of dedicated service in the pediatric acute care setting. Having earned a Master’s degree in nursing over a decade ago, Josee possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this field.
Throughout her career, she has taken on leadership roles, serving most recently as a clinical manager, guiding her teams not only with strong leadership skills but also through her clinical expertise and collaborative approach to ensure the delivery of high care quality. Her positive attitude and unwavering work ethics have been instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and partnership within her teams.
Josee is deeply committed to the success and growth of her teams and the programs she oversees. She is known for her passion and dedication to helping her teams and programs thrive, setting a high standard of achievement in the healthcare industry.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Josee finds inspiration from her three active children, whom she cherishes dearly. Outside of work, she enjoys the thrill of snowboarding, hot yoga workouts, and the camaraderie of playing volleyball.
With a strong nursing background, leadership experience and a drive for excellence, Josee continues to make significant contributions to the healthcare field, all while balancing the joys of family life and her passion for activities!
