Clara Ho is the Manager of Client and Family-Centred Care and Partnerships at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, leading their award-winning Family Leadership Program and HB Alumni Network, Canada's first online paediatric rehab alumni community. Previously, Clara spearheaded the Patient and Family-Centred Care strategy and education at North York General Hospital. She is passionate about family engagement program design, health equity, system partnerships in health care, and building staff capacity in client and family-centred care. Clara is a Registered Social Worker and a Lecturer at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
