Toni Lui is a trained social worker and currently the Clinical Integration Lead for the Extensive Needs Service at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Her work includes the development of an Extensive Needs Network of Service Providers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to improve equitable access to care for vulnerable children. In addition, she is developing a community of practice to enhance clinical care and service delivery of Extensive Needs in the GTA.
