Eloise Czekalla, MN, BScN, RN is a health care leader with 25 years of combined paediatric nursing and leadership experience. Eloise completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing Science at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She then pursued her Masters in Nursing through the University of Toronto. Eloise has taken on nursing leadership roles in the areas of Emergency Department, Clinical Education, and Clinical Manager, among various settings in community and tertiary level hospitals. In Eloise’s current role as the senior clinical manager of one of the surgical inpatient units at SickKids Hospital, she has managed challenges related to post-pandemic staffing and surgical waitlists. As an adjunct lecturer appointment at the University of Toronto, Eloise mentors & coaches nursing students.
