Lindsey Vanderheiden RN BScN, MScN is a seasoned nursing professional with over 16 years of specialized experience in pediatric care. Lindsey has worked in the pediatric emergency room, pediatric intensive care unit, inpatient medicine, as a clinical instructor, as nurse educator and as a case coordinator. She is currently serving as a Manager of Health Human Resource Programs and Clinical Projects within the Nursing Practice department. Lindsey excels in overseeing clinical externs, nursing students, internationally educated nuses and new gradute nurse programs which focus on enhancing sucessful transition to practice. With a deep commitment to education and mentorship, Lindsey leverages extensive pediatric expertise to guide and support the next generation of healthcare professionals, ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence.
