CHU Sainte-Justine
Justine est infirmière chef du plateau de soins médico-chirurgicaux au CHU Sainte-Justine depuis 2022. Elle a obtenu son baccalauréat en sciences infirmières de l’Université de Montréal en 2020. Dès septembre de la même année, elle a rejoint le CHU Sainte-Justine, où elle a d'abord exercé au sein du département de médecine pédiatrique.
Passionnée par les soins aux enfants et désireuse de se perfectionner, Justine a rapidement évolué vers le plateau de soins médico-chirurgicaux, où elle a pu mettre en pratique ses compétences cliniques et son sens de l’organisation. En parallèle de ses responsabilités cliniques, elle a également occupé un poste de conseillère en soins infirmiers, axé sur le soutien clinique des nouvelles recrues, contribuant ainsi à l'intégration et à la formation des futurs infirmiers au sein de l'établissement.
Justine has been the head nurse of the surgical and medical care unit at CHU Sainte-Justine since 2022. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from the University of Montreal in 2020. Shortly after, in September of the same year, she joined CHU Sainte-Justine, initially working in the pediatric medicine department.
Passionate about caring for children and eager to enhance her skills, Justine quickly transitioned to the surgical and medical care unit, where she was able to apply her clinical expertise and organizational skills. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she also served as a clinical support advisor, focusing on the integration and training of new recruits within the institution.
