I have been a key player in the development of the community transfer and access lead team who are specialized in transferring non critical patients from a tertiairy care hospital (SickKids) to community hospitals, the development of the GTA daily bed tracking resport and platform which facilitates daily collaboration with 19 hospitals to maximizer regional bed capacity and optimize patient flow. .
