Cheryl Hoare, RN, BScN, MA, is the Clinical Director for the Women and Children Program at Halton Healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Ryerson University and a Master of Nursing Administration from the University of Toronto. Cheryl has clinical expertise in Neonatal Intensive Care, Labour and Delivery and has taught in the Humber Perinatal Certificate program. She has held roles as clinical educator, patient care manager, clinical informatics specialist, and has led corporate quality improvement projects. She spent a year in Qatar as the manager of Women’s Urgent Care and Labour Triage to lead operational readiness to open Sidra Medicine, an ultramodern, all digital academic medical and research centre for women and children in the Gulf region.
